Honey Cake for a sweet year

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 large eggs

½ cup sugar

½ cup honey

1/3 cup oil

½ cup warm coffee

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 340F.

Grease a 9 inches pan

In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a mixer bowl put together eggs, sugar, and honey on a medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Slowly add the oil and vanilla extract and beat until combined. Beat in the coffee and the flour mix.

Put into the pan.

Bake the cake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and set on a wire rack to cool completely.
