What's in the box?

We won’t spoil the surprise but we can give you a sneak peek...

fun games for the whole family, home decorations and other presents, special holiday recipes and other tools to help you celebrate the holidays and experience the joy of Judaism.

Is it kosher?

You don’t have to keep kosher, but we do:).

All the products carry hechsher, and on each and every product we will mention what kind of hechsher it has (there are several certifications of rabbinic supervision).

Can I give JoyBox as a gift?

Of course! Our crates make wonderful gifts! Simply use the ‘give as a gift’ button. Then, provide the details such as names and shipping address.

Which countries do you currently ship to?

We're currently shipping only to the U.S.

Can I return my box or get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns nor can we refund a box that has already been sent to you. If you are unhappy with your box and are a subscriber, you may cancel your subscription at anytime

What to do if I receive a box with something broken/missing?

If you received a defective product or are missing a product in your box, please contact us at support@joyboxclub.com and we'll gladly do everything we can do to resolve the situation.

Managing your account

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information at any time from My Account page.

You will be able to ‘Edit’ your Payment information and/or Billing address. Where can I change my shipping address?

You can update your billing information at any time from My Account page.

You will be able to ‘Edit’ your shipping address.

Can I cancel my subscription online?

Absolutely. We’ll be sad to see you leave, but you can cancel directly from your account page once you log in. Once you cancel, you won’t be billed anymore.
