What's in the box?

We won’t spoil the surprise but we can give you a sneak peek...

fun games for the whole family, home decorations and other presents, special holiday recipes and other tools to help you celebrate the holidays and experience the joy of Judaism.

Is it kosher?

You don’t have to keep kosher, but we do:).

All the products carry hechsher, and on each and every product we will mention what kind of hechsher it has (there are several certifications of rabbinic supervision).

Can I give JoyBox as a gift?

Of course! Our crates make wonderful gifts! Simply use the ‘give as a gift’ button, select which plan you want (month by month, 6 months or yearly). Then, provide the details such as names and shipping address.

When will I get my box?

Here is the schedule for 2018 - 2019:

*** We have extended the order date for the 2018 Passover JoyBox, You can order your Passover JoyBox here until March 10th.

When Will I be billed?

You'll be charged on the next payment date, based on the plan you want. The boxes will be shipped according to schedule of 2018-2019, just on the right time for the upcoming holiday.

Then your subscription will renew automatically every month, 6 or 12 months according to your plan.

Box by box plan

The payments are being processed every two months:

1/1, 3/1, 5/1, 7/1, 9/1, 11/1.

So if you joined during February, your first payment will be on 3.1 and the JoyBox will be shipped on the 3.1.18.

3 Boxes plan

The payments are being processed every six months. During that time you will receive 3 boxes.

For example: if you joined JoyBox during February, the first payment will be on 3/1, and then on 9/1.

6 Boxes plan

The payments are being processed every 12 months. During that time you will receive 6 boxes.

For example: if you joined JoyBox during February, the first payment will be on 3/1/18, and then on 3/1/19.

Which countries do you currently ship to?

We're currently shipping only to the U.S.

Can I return my box or get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns nor can we refund a box that has already been sent to you. If you are unhappy with your box and are a subscriber, you may cancel your subscription at anytime

What to do if I receive a box with something broken/missing?

If you received a defective product or are missing a product in your box, please contact us at support@joyboxclub.com and we'll gladly do everything we can do to resolve the situation.

Can I cancel in the middle of a subscription and get a refund?

If you are not sure you want a 6 months/yearly plan we recommend you to choose the month by month plan, that way you can cancel anytime you want. Once you pay for a 6 months/yearly plan, you won’t be able to get a refund.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information at any time from My Account page.

You will be able to ‘Edit’ your Payment information and/or Billing address.Where can I change my shipping address?

You will be able to ‘Edit’ your shipping address.

Can I cancel my subscription online?

Absolutely. We’ll be sad to see you leave, but you can cancel directly from your account page once you log in. Once you cancel, you won’t be billed anymore, although you will still get boxes you prepaid for if you joined the 6 months/12 months plans.
